Privacy policy
This page says what data touches Saber Desk, in plain language. The short version: we collect your email address if you choose to give it, we never see your payment card, our analytics cannot identify you, and one email to us removes you from everything.
What we collect
Your email address, if you give it. When you request the free sample or subscribe, your email address is stored by our email service, MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Lithuania, EU), and only after you confirm the double opt-in email. We use it to deliver what you asked for and to send occasional compliance-related emails. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Purchase details — but never your card. Checkout is operated by a Merchant of Record (currently Lemon Squeezy, LLC; the provider is named on the checkout page and on your receipt), which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts and refunds. Your card and billing details go to the payment provider, not to us; we receive the order information needed to deliver the product and handle support — such as your email address and what you bought.
Emails you send us. If you write to hello@saberdesk.com, we keep the correspondence so we can answer you and improve the guide.
Analytics without tracking
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design: it sets no cookies, uses no localStorage, and does not build profiles or track individuals across sites. We see aggregate numbers — visits, pages, countries, referrers — never you. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
Saber Desk sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The signup form is served by MailerLite and may use the technical cookies MailerLite needs for the form to work and to prevent spam.
What we do — and don't do — with data
We use your data to deliver the sample and the guide, answer your emails, process refunds, and send the emails you signed up for. We do not sell or rent personal data, we run no advertising, and we share data only with the processors named on this page, each bound by its own privacy terms: MailerLite (email), the Merchant of Record (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics). These providers are established in the EU and the US, so your data may be processed outside your country under their safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe any time with the link in any email. To access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, email hello@saberdesk.com from the address in question and we will act on it — including removal from the email list and deletion of correspondence, except records we must keep for order and refund accounting. We aim to answer within two business days. We keep subscriber data while you remain subscribed, and order-related data as long as needed for support and accounting.
We intend this policy to respect applicable data-protection law, including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. This site is not directed at children.
Changes
